Our Mission

Why we do it

To equip organizations growing through acquisition with purpose-built M&A integration software, proven methodologies, and expert guidance that enable successful integrations and long-term value creation.

Our Vision

Where we're headed

To become the leading M&A integration platform that enables organizations to build repeatable acquisition capabilities and consistently realize the full value of every transaction.

Why We Exist

Built by acquisition leaders, for acquisition leaders

Enterprise Value Partners was built by acquisition leaders who experienced firsthand how difficult post-merger integration can be.

After leading numerous acquisitions and integrations, our founders recognized that too many organizations relied on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and one-off consulting engagements to manage one of the most critical phases of an acquisition.

EVP was created to change that.

Today, our mission is to provide organizations with a purpose-built M&A integration platform supported by proven methodologies, practical tools, and experienced guidance — helping clients build lasting acquisition capabilities rather than starting over with every transaction.

Founded by Mike Williams (CEO) and Chris Claudio (CRO), and strengthened by partners Vivian Sayward (COO) and Ann Haehn (CPO), EVP stands out in the M&A landscape. We develop proprietary software products that provide unique, industry-leading tools for companies to manage their integrations efficiently — alongside customized playbooks and automated templates designed to streamline the integration process.
